DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FOR FINE & STATEMENT JEWELRY

Please note that we can only ship to the billing address listed on the credit card used for the order. If the order is going as a gift or to a third party, please contact us as you will need to fill out our Shipping & Credit Card Release Form. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Each piece is securely packaged and fully insured. It will require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not accept a signature release regardless of any signature waivers you may have with Fedex, UPS or any other courier service. Thus, for your convenience, we will send you an email with the tracking number of your order so you can arrange for an adult to be present to accept and sign for your package.

United Elegance is not responsible for delayed delivery due to weather or any other issues once your order leaves our location. If the shipping courier is unable to complete the delivery of your item because there was no adult present to sign for it and the package is returned to us, you will be required to pay $109 for the re-shipment of your order. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all destination problems and costs due to incorrect shipping address provided.
